Returns

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

 

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
  • All tags and packaging must be intact
  • Proof of purchase is required

Returns are not accepted  for on sale items or gift cards, unless faulty.

Please attach your order number, reason for return and any photos (if necessary). A refund is usually processed 1-2 working days.

 

Shipping


Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

All returned items must be sent via a tracked shipping service.


Refunds


Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to be processed.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.

A replacement or full refund will be arranged.
